Fotowalknc has created a special event in association with A Photographer’s Place and Click! Photography Festival.
On October 11th, Fotowalknc will be hosting a photography lecture series featuring two incredible photographers, Reid Haithcock and Jennifer Lull.
Reid and Jennifer will each be sharing their work, experiences, and perspectives on photography, giving us an opportunity to learn directly from their creative practices.
The lectures will take place at A Photographers Place in Raleigh, NC. A space dedicated to bringing photographers and the community together.
And once the lectures wrap up, we’re taking the conversation outside with a Photowalk. So you’ll have a chance to connect, make photographs, and put some of that inspiration into practice.

Fotowalknc Photo Walk Artist Bios
Jennifer Lull is a North Carolina based food photographer specializing in the creative use of flash, texture, and composition to create refined, visually compelling imagery.
After moving to the United States, Jennifer discovered photography while searching for a creative career that would allow her to be present for her daughters. Entirely self-taught, she found her specialty in food photography after an opportunity to photograph a restaurant menu.
Her work has been featured in the MICHELIN Guide. Today, she is bringing The Flavor Click to life, a project grounded in her belief that powerful food photography goes beyond the visual, creating images so evocative that you can almost taste them.
Reid Haithcock is a North Carolina based photographer making work in the social and personal documentary tradition. He has published several photo books and zines, the most recent being the fully self-printed Risograph book Poacher. In addition Reid has, for two decades, worked extensively with musicians, record labels, and magazines to create images for record covers, artist portraits, and editorial features.
Born in North Carolina, and now back there after spending a decade in Boston, MA, Reid’s work has centered on, and branched out from, the documentation of punk and hardcore music. His work now encompasses street and social documentary photography, and bringing those approaches back into documenting the lives and works of musicians as well as his own travels and search for the strangeness of everyday life.
